  7. lets see if u have nuts doug. You have one fail on your channel. Let's see you redeem yourself and use Xylyl again as your first word. The fans are sick of seeing you get these worldes so easy. We want to see you struggle. Be a man and start with Xylyl again. Use as many eval words as you want. Its time for a challenge though and you know its true. Like a bbq'er showing off his work lets raise the stakes. Come on. Bring xylyl back. It's time. I trust you to make the right decision and adhere to this challenge. Good luck and good night America.

  13. Nice going, Doug. Today was a 5 for me: SNAKE – PLAIT – CORAL – QUALY – QUALM. Was getting desperate to find more letters at Turn 4, and I think I was particularly curious to know if the answer ended in "ly" – but for some reason, completely overlooked the actual solution at that point. Was relieved and happy to go from that point to solving in 5.

  14. Well done! Even with the U in position, it took me a couple of tries to see today's word…
    fight-canoe-mudar-qualm was my chain today.

  21. Thought I had it in 1, 2 and 3.

  22. It's Easter Week, or Resurrection Week, part of the 50-day Eastertide that lasts until Pentecost Sunday. On the day of resurrection, the stone was rolled away, and two angels appeared to the women who'd come to anoint Jesus' body. The angels said, "He is not here. He is risen, as he said."
    Word progression:

    Word suggestion: FLACK.

  23. Let's share some of our reliable eval words. Mine include ADIEU, AUDIO, UNITY, LOUIE, and OUIJA–all to evaluate vowels, of course. Someone else here has used OPERA, which wouldn't be a bad eval word for vowels. RADIO would be okay, too. I don't think I have standard eval words for consonants. I don't start with these words, preferring to vary my first words, often to reflect holidays or special events.

What are some of your eval words?
